Finding the handover

Clear passport control and baggage reclaim, then walk out through arrivals. Turn right outside the terminal and keep going straight — the Park East building is ahead of you, a few minutes on foot. We meet you at the car there.

Driving away from Malta International Airport

The car is waiting at Park East, a few minutes on foot from the arrivals exit, and you're on the open road shortly after. The airport approach feeds you towards Luqa and the Kirkop tunnels, which is where almost every journey on the island starts. Two things worth knowing before you pull out: Malta drives on the left, and the first roundabout arrives quickly — take it gently while you get the feel of the car.

Terminal parking is metered and gets busy when several flights land together, which is why we meet you inside and walk you to the car rather than leaving you to find us. Coming back, the rental return bays are signposted before the terminal loop — leave yourself a few extra minutes in July and August, when the drop-off lanes back up.
