We collect:

• Booking & identity data — name, email, phone number, driving-licence and ID details, driver age and flight number.
• Rental data — the vehicle, dates, locations, cover and extras you choose, and payment status (we do not store full card numbers).
• Enquiry data — the content of messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data — basic device and usage information and cookies, as described in our cookie policy.

• To take and manage your booking and provide the vehicle — performance of a contract.
• To reply to enquiries and provide customer support — our legitimate interests in running the service.
• To meet legal, insurance, tax and safety obligations — legal obligation.
• To send marketing, and to set non-essential cookies — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share data only as needed to deliver your rental: with the local rental partner supplying your vehicle, with insurers and payment providers, and with authorities where the law requires it (for example traffic or toll penalties). We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

We keep booking and rental records for as long as needed to provide the service and then for the periods required by tax, accounting and insurance law. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access a copy of your data and have inaccuracies corrected;
• ask us to erase data or restrict how we use it;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests or to marketing;
• data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
